What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express.) Your card will be processed through our secure online ordering. Your credit card statement will note a charge from Shane's Office Supply.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, an account is not required to purchase your school kits or any other items found on our Shane’s website.

How will I receive my order?
We offer two delivery methods of ordering. Home Delivery and School Delivery.
If you opt for your order to be delivered directly to your home it will be received within 10-15 business days after your order is placed. Please note as we get closer to school starting we will do our best to have your school kit arrive before school starts. We suggest placing your order early as to assure you have your school kit prior to the first day of school. School kits will be available through September 1st or while supplies last. A shipping fee is added to each home delivery order. Home delivered kits will be delivered to the home which resides within the school boundary. If you require your order shipped outside the school boundary, additional shipping charges may apply.
If your order is shipping to your school, a pick up time is going to be determined by your school kit chair. Please contact your school kit chair for more details. Your school has set a cut-off date for school delivery orders, and after the cut-off date only Home Delivery will be available. There is no charge for School Delivery.
What is your return policy?
We will return any unused kit within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days a 10% restocking fee may apply. You are responsible for the shipping back to our company. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Returned products must be received in the original packaging and unused.
What if an item inside my kit is damaged?
We will replace any damaged product free of charge. Please fill out a form through our contact us page. Please include the order number, item damaged, Student’s Name, School, and preferred method of delivery. A replacement will be shipped out promptly to your child’s attention.
What if an item is missing inside my kit?
Please fill out a form through our contact us page. Please include the order number, item missing, Student’s Name, School, and preferred method of delivery. The item will be shipped out promptly to your child’s attention.
When will I receive my order that was shipped to my home?
Please allow 10-15 business days to receive your order. We will do our best to process and ship your orders quickly as the start of the year gets closer.
Are your prices competitive?
Of course! We are able to purchase directly from manufacturers at high volumes to secure you the lowest prices.
Why should I buy a kit vs going to the store?
Convenience! It is the easiest, fastest way to buy your school supplies. It ensures that you are getting all of the supplies required without the hassle of going store to store.
What brands are offered in your kits?
Your school has put together a list of supplies based off of the teachers’ requests. Often there is combination of name brand and private labels to give you the best quality at the most affordable prices.
What if I missed the school delivery window?

Will I receive confirmation that my order was placed?
Yes, immediately after your order is placed you will be directed to an order confirmation page with your order details. An order confirmation email will also be sent immediately after the order is submitted.
How will I know when my order will be delivered?
You will receive an email with the updated shipping status.
Is there a shipping charge per kit or per order?
If we are delivering directly to your home there is a one time shipping charge per order (not per kit).
Do you ship to P.O Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
No, we do not ship to P.O boxes or military APO/FPO addresses due to UPS regulations.
Can I order a school kit even if my school did not participate in your program?
No, at this time we only sell those schools participating in our program.
